Blind Fence out of a carton

Barod® expands their product program with DIY- enabling products

After the successful market introduction of the patented “Flexi-Fence”, the company EnvoProducts continues strengthening of its strategy, to design, develop and supply innovative, aesthetic and customer friendly WPC products.

EnvoProducts has identified further opportunities, besides the current product program of decking-boards, fences, benches, etc., in developing a specific product line for the DIY market, which contains WPC products in a carton box. With the “Flexi Fence” being the first and “Decking-in-a-Box” being second. Envoproducts proudly presents its third innovative “Product-in-a-carton-box” called Blind Fence.

The goal was to create a fence that quite literally screams simplicity in combination with aesthetic appeal and functionality. A product that is easy to handle, that every customer can transport home themselves and actually have fun installing it. For example only at the very beginning of the whole installation a tool¹ is used to tighten just two screws ! The Fence is wrapped in a carton box that contains all WPC fence elements plus the aluminum profiles and inserts. The WPC elements and aluminum parts are available in the five standard colors. Other colors are available upon specific request.

After the two aluminum posts are correctly installed, an insert is placed inside both posts to establish the space between the ground and the fence by securing them in place with two hex screws and a hex key¹.

On top of the inserts and inside both posts an aluminum support profile is placed. On top of this support profile and inside the posts the WPC elements are placed on top of each other to achieve the desired height of the fence.

Once the desired height is established another aluminum profile is placed on top of the WPC elements. The function of this profile is that is locks itself in place inside the posts and guarantees the correct distance between both posts.
